Funny Things that Willa Says/Does
I was given advice to write down all of the funny things that Willa says at the end of each day, because you think you may remember them...but you will forget! Here are a few things that she says and does right now that always cracks us up:
-She says, "Hold you, Mommy", instead of "Hold me".
-She will say, "Sit DOWN, Patti...sit down HERE!". She likes to tell people exactly where she wants them to sit on the floor to play with her.
-When she's looking for someone, she'll walk around the house saying "Daaaaaaddddddddy...Yarrrrrryyouuuuu" (meaning "where are you?")
-She connects everything that she sees with things Caillou (her favorite TV character) has done. (example: If she sees a fire truck, she gets excited and says "Caillou do!"...meaning there was an episode with Caillou driving a fire truck)
-Whenever its time to get dressed she says she wants to wear a fairy princess dress. Most of her outfits are quite interesting these days because they usually include a big, fluffy dress.
-She often says "I want coffee" in the morning. She is used to seeing us drink it every morning.
-She's started yelling, "Eddie! No Speak!" when he barks.
-She says "Little Peach Pie!" a lot...this she learned from Poppy.
-She likes doing everything on her own now. If you help her she'll say, "no, Willa do."
-She says "I wash hands" about 30 times a day. She still gets the biggest thrill out of running water.
-She is pretty good with her "please's" and ''thank-you's" although she sometimes says, "Yes, thank you" (instead of "yes, please").
These are just several examples...She is constantly making us laugh with her funny personality.

Holidays
Our holidays were wonderful and action packed:
Los Angeles---> Cleveland ---> Detroit ---> Nassau ---> Detroit --->Cleveland ---> Los Angeles
Despite all of the travel, we couldn't have had a better time with family and close friends!
We had lots of snow while visiting Poppy and Kiki for Christmas. Willa loved to bundle up and take walks in the woods behind their house.

Our snow bunny
Sledding for the first time. She LOVED it. She kept saying "More!" every time she got the the bottom of the hill...and she actually preferred going down by herself.
She'd peek her head through the stairs and say "Peek-a-Boo, I see you"

We went to the Bahamas with the whole Koss family to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Grandma and Papa. It was definitely a trip to remember! Grandma and Papa even renewed their vows in front of the beautiful house that we stayed in on the beach :)

Going to the zoo was one of the highlights of the trip. It was so much fun for Willa to get to be with all of her cousins.
